Akeisha Tircuit owns and runs the studio, works as a hair artist, and leads and trains the stylists in hair design. She works in precision cuts, wigs and hair design, and her specialties include natural hair, weaves, color and cuts.

Before styling full time, she earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from Southern University in Baton Rouge in 2008 and worked as an architect in New Orleans. She also taught drafting and design courses at ITT Technical College. In 2011 she started a jewelry and wig design brand.

She began cosmetology training at Aveda Institute in 2014, became a licensed stylist in 2015, and started working as a stylist that year. She opened her salon in 2018.
