Aiko

Aiko runs Aiko's Lash Room in Long Island City, where she works as the lash technician. She trained at Yamano Beauty College in Japan from 2004 to 2008 and holds a national cosmetology license from Japan. She started out in hair in Ginza, Tokyo, and from 2008 to 2010 worked as a wig dresser on plays, musicals and TV shows.

In 2010 she moved to New York and worked as an assistant and hairdresser in Manhattan. She holds a New York State cosmetology license, received between 2010 and 2014. From 2014 she worked as an eyelash technician at a salon in New York before opening her own studio. She has worked in hair for more than 15 years.
