Agnes Lech, RN

Agnes Lech founded and co-owns Lounge of Beauty Medical Spa in Long Beach, California, which opened in 2019. She practices as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and holds a license as a Registered Nurse, with 30 years of nursing experience. She spent 23 years as a neonatal intensive care nurse before opening the spa. Her earlier roles include work for plastic surgeons and medical spas, and she was a clinical nurse trainer for InMode Aesthetics, instructing medical offices and medical spas on the use of aesthetic technologies. Her main focus is facial rejuvenation. Clients who are unsure what to choose can ask her for a recommendation. She builds each plan around the person's needs, goals and budget and does not push anyone toward a procedure they are hesitant about. She takes part in several advanced aesthetics courses and ongoing continuing education.
