Agnes Constantino

Agnes Constantino owns the studio, where she performs permanent makeup and esthetics. She has worked in the beauty business for over 25 years. Her Virginia license as a surgical technologist, with a plastic surgery specialty, is issued through the Virginia Board of Medicine. She also holds a Virginia license as a permanent makeup instructor and artist, is a master esthetics instructor and works as a laser technician. Her certifications come from NBSTSA and AST, and she is a certified MAC makeup artist and a certified Temptu airbrush artist.
