About
Abraham Pathak, MD, is a Westchester County aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon and the owner of his practice. He is double board-certified, holding certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and affiliation with the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of The Aesthetic Society, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He began residency training in June 2011. That training started with a general surgery residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston from 2011 to 2016, where he served as chief resident from 2015 to 2016. He then completed a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas from 2016 to 2019, serving as chief resident from 2018 to 2019. An aesthetic surgery fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital in New York ran from June 2019 to June 2020. Earlier, he studied medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago and earned a B.A. in biochemistry from Rice University in Houston. His focus includes gynecomastia surgery, male chin implants, male eyelid surgery, jawline and neck contouring, and abdominal liposuction. Patients often seek him out for mommy makeovers, facelifts and gynecomastia surgery, and he is recognized for abdominoplasty with a natural-appearing umbilicus. He also performs revision surgery, including corrections after earlier procedures. He stays current by attending and speaking at medical conferences, speaks English, Spanish and Italian with patients, and serves patients from across the tri-state area.
