Abby Villaruel is the founder and CEO of PrimeMed CA and leads the practice as its Director of Aesthetics. She is a registered nurse, with MSN and CANS credentials, and she holds the Board Certified Aesthetic Master Injector designation. She has more than 17 years of experience across aesthetic medicine, dermatology and plastic surgery. She was mentored by a plastic surgeon and assisted with facial plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures. She was trained and certified by Dr. Charles Runnels, the inventor of the Vampire Facial and Facelift. At an earlier clinic she worked as head nurse and clinical nurse trainer for advanced aesthetic treatments. Her specialties include Botox Cosmetic and Botox Therapeutic, dermal fillers, facial balancing and regenerative aesthetic medicine. She also works with IPL/BBL and fractional resurfacing lasers, and with PRP and PRF for hair restoration and facial rejuvenation. She is listed as a leading provider and trainer for PDO threads, and she is one of the top injectors in the Bay Area.
