Abbie Keating

Abbie Keating owns Busy Bee Beauty, where she works as a licensed esthetician in Illinois. She entered the beauty industry in 2007 and has spent close to two decades in the field. Her training came from G Skin and Beauty Institute in Chicago.

Her main work covers special occasion and bridal makeup, facial treatments that buff the skin, peels that dissolve dead cells, skin assessment, hair removal by wax, body care, and multifunction devices. For anti-aging she offers chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy and microcurrent, along with lash lifts, brow lamination, and brow and lash tinting.

Earlier, she worked in brand management and skincare sales, then as an esthetician at several spas and studios across the Chicago southwest suburbs and city, including a period at Massage Envy where she used Murad products. She has been an esthetician at Busy Bee Beauty since November 2018. Since 2012 she has also worked as a freelance graphic and branding designer, and she is working toward creating a skincare line of her own.
