About

Aaliyah Hassan works as a professional hairstylist and specializes in braiding. She has braided and styled hair for more than 15 years. She was crowned Queen Aaliy for her braiding expertise, and VoyageLA magazine recognized her as a rising star in 2021.

She completed the Cosmetology program at Barstow Community College after attending its two-year beauty program. She began working as a cosmetologist after finishing that program, and early on she worked under several senior stylists in a luxury salon. She also completed a course on making braided wigs and takes classes taught by industry leaders to keep up with trends.

Her clients include actors, models and professionals, and she works with a wide range of people, from kids to older adults.
