Hilary Bilstad Nelson

Hilary works as a stylist at the Excelsior Blvd location in Minneapolis and specializes in precision haircutting using scissor and razor techniques. Hilary cuts all hair textures and lengths, including men's haircuts, and also offers blowouts and keratin treatments. Hilary lived in New York City for the last 17 years before bringing these cutting techniques to the Twin Cities.
